Approach

We audited the agency's current meeting workflows, identified where recordings were stored (if at all), and mapped touchpoints where automated capture and transcription could enable analytics and coaching signals.

  • Many recordings were inaccessible for central review
  • Raw transcripts were in various languages and inconsistent formats
  • Sales opportunities could be detected by keyword patterns and conversational signals

What Was Designed

Implemented an automated pipeline: collect Zoom cloud recordings, convert audio to text with Lithuanian transcription, enrich transcripts with AI to extract insights, scoring and action recommendations, and centralize results in a dashboard for managers and reps.
